What we collect
When you book, we keep the passenger names, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the trip details. When you contact us or ask for a group quote, we keep your name, contact details and message.
Why we use it
To reserve your seats, send your e-ticket, tell you about changes to your trip, answer your questions and prepare quotes. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.
Emails we send
Booking confirmations are sent by our email provider. Our emails contain a small tracking image and tracked links so we can see whether a message was opened and which links were used. We use this only to check that important travel information reaches you.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to this website with privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics. They tell us which pages are useful without identifying you, and we do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to two years after the trip for customer service and accounting. Messages and quote requests are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Who can see it
Our customer care team, the drivers operating your coach, and the trusted providers that host this website and send our emails. Each of them only sees what they need to do their job.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them, unless we must keep them by law. Send us a message and we will respond within one month.
