Booking and tickets

How do I book a seat?

Search for your route and date, pick a departure, choose your seats on the seat plan and enter the passenger names. Your booking is confirmed straight away and your e-ticket is emailed to you.

When and how do I pay?

Reserving online is free. You pay the driver when you board, by card or in cash, at the fare shown when you booked. Fares are per seat in euros and include VAT.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the e-ticket on your phone or simply tell the driver your booking reference. Printing is optional.

How many seats can I book at once?

Up to six seats per booking. For larger groups, make a second booking or ask us about private coach hire.

When should I be at the stop?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Boarding closes five minutes before the coach leaves, and seats that are not claimed by then may be released.

Luggage

How much luggage is included?

One hold bag up to 20 kg and one small carry-on bag per passenger are included in every fare.

Can I bring extra or bulky items?

Extra bags, bikes and skis travel when there is space in the hold, for a small fee paid to the driver. Folded pushchairs travel free.

What is not allowed on board?

Weapons, flammable or hazardous materials, and anything that could injure other passengers. Keep valuables, medicines and travel documents in your carry-on.

On board

Is there Wi-Fi and power on board?

Yes. Every coach has free Wi-Fi and a power socket at each pair of seats. Coverage can drop briefly in rural areas and near borders.

Is there a toilet on the coach?

Yes, every coach has an onboard toilet. Routes longer than four hours also include a rest stop of at least 15 minutes.

Can I eat and drink on board?

Cold snacks and soft drinks are welcome. Please avoid hot food with strong smells. Alcohol is not allowed on board.

Do I need a passport or ID card?

Yes, carry a valid passport or national ID card on every route. Most of our routes cross a border and checks can happen at any time.

Changes and cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, free of charge, up to one hour before departure. Open your e-ticket or Manage booking and choose Cancel booking. The seats are released straight away.

Can I change the date or time?

Cancel your current booking and make a new one for the trip you want. As you pay on board, there is nothing to refund.

What happens if my coach is delayed or cancelled?

If a departure is cancelled or delayed by more than two hours, we will offer you a seat on the next available coach at no extra cost, or you can cancel free of charge.

Accessibility, children and pets

Can I travel with a wheelchair?

Our coaches have a wheelchair lift and one wheelchair space. Please contact us at least 36 hours before you travel so we can reserve it and brief the driver.

Can children travel alone?

Children under 15 must travel with an adult aged 18 or over. Young people aged 15 to 17 may travel alone with a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

Do children need their own seat?

Yes. Every passenger, including babies, needs their own seat and must wear a seatbelt. Please bring a suitable child seat for children who need one.

Can I bring my dog?

Assistance dogs travel free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot carry other pets.

Travel conditions

Your booking
A booking reserves seats for the named passengers on one departure. It becomes a contract of carriage when you board and pay the fare shown in your booking.
Fares and payment
Fares are per seat, in euros, and include VAT. You pay the driver when you board, by card or in cash. The fare in your booking is guaranteed for that trip.
Boarding
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure with a valid passport or ID card for every passenger. Boarding closes five minutes before departure and unclaimed seats may be released.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to one hour before departure. Repeated no-shows without cancelling may lead us to decline future reservations.
Luggage
One hold bag up to 20 kg and one carry-on bag per passenger are included. Extra and bulky items travel when space allows, for a fee. Please keep valuables with you rather than in the hold.
On board
Seatbelts must be worn while seated. Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not allowed. The driver may refuse travel to anyone who puts other passengers at risk or seriously disturbs them.
Delays and disruption
We plan timetables with care, but traffic, weather and border checks can cause delays. Your rights as a bus and coach passenger in the European Union apply on every route.
